[01] The invention relates to a method for loading and unloading a track-transportable transport vehicle and a transport vehicle. [0001] EP 1 083 262 discloses such a track-transporting transport vehicle with a container for receiving bulk material and a vehicle frame. A first bulk material transport is performed on a running in a vehicle longitudinal direction bottom conveyor belt and a subsequent to this, projecting end of the vehicle transfer conveyor belt. Parallel to this, a second transport of bulk material is possible on a third conveyor belt which is distanced from the bottom conveyor belt. This has the advantage that parallel to the emptying of the transport vehicles and their filling can take place. [03] The object of the present invention is now to provide a method and a transport vehicle of the type mentioned, with which an improvement of the bulk material transport is possible. This object is achieved with a method of the generic type in that the container is pivoted together with the bottom conveyor belt and the third conveyor belt about an axis extending in the vehicle longitudinal axis relative to the vehicle frame, for all conveyors regardless of a bank of the track - with respect to a vehicle transverse direction - to maintain horizontal conveying plane. [05] With such a pivoting of the entire transport unit, it is possible to maintain a horizontal transport plane of the conveyor belts even in a curved track despite the bank. In order for a disadvantageous concentration of the bulk materials towards the lower rail both in the container and on the third conveyor belt can be reliably avoided. [06] An inventively designed transport vehicle is characterized in that the container is formed together with the bottom conveyor belt and the third conveyor belt by a pivot drive about a pivot axis extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction relative to the vehicle frame pivotable. [07] With such a structurally relatively simple pivoting of the container, a constructively much more expensive pivoting of the total of three conveyor belts is advantageously unnecessary. [08] Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the drawing description. [09] In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 shows a side view of a transport vehicle provided for transporting bulk material, and FIG. 2 shows a simplified cross section through the transport vehicle according to the section line II in FIG. 1. A transport vehicle 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a vehicle frame 5 which can be moved by rail carriages 2 on a track 3 and which is connected to a container 4 for receiving bulk material. In the container 4, a running in a vehicle longitudinal direction 6 bottom conveyor belt 7 is arranged instead of a bottom surface. This is assigned to a - with respect to the transport direction - the front end 8 an inclined formed and projecting over a car end 9 transfer conveyor belt 10.
